Account Coordinator  The Account coordinator will work with the Account leader and will be responsible for the following three key areas :  - Global account management  - Sales and program management  - Communication and administration  Global account management : 40%  - Responsible for driving the key Account Management activities  - Facilitating account management meetings  - Serving as the knowledge steward of the account and disseminating client information to global account teams regularly  - Leveraging EY resources (e.g., Knowledge, Finance, Marketing) to support the account  - Managing the account on-boarding process for all new partners and senior managers  - Supporting the Account Leader and Account BD Leader to make decisions and recommendations on investments  - Owning the Account Service Quality process for the account   Being involved with the client and people relationships which includes :  - Working with the account team to identify the key players in each field of play and developing touch point campaigns to build and strengthen these relationships  - Coordinating attendance for client relationship events  - Managing the global relationship map  - Coordinating and executing the win/loss debrief  Sales and program management : 40%  - Managing the CRM process which includes holding the team accountable to push opportunities through the sales cycle, incorporating EY's global sales methodology on active opportunities and client meetings, and ensuring all key client relationships are properly managed  - Working with account teams to ensure that pipeline is up-to-date  - Tracking the account pipeline quality/ health  - Understanding of EY-wide services, solutions and thought leadership so the account team will be relevant to the client  - Overseeing the global revenue planning process (coordinate with Global teams)  - Managing the pursuit process for the smaller to midrange opportunities  - Leading and liaising with Account teams aligned with the account in other parts of the world   Communication and administration : 20%  - To develop and manage communications within the account globally (e.g. client newsletters, value scorecards, internal global communications)  - Owning the Sales and Pipeline process  - Managing the Account team site
