We have an opening into Compliance for retail Business with a leading private sector bank.

We are looking for candidates from Tiered campuses only

A brief JD is as follows:

Job Description for Internal & External Compliance

Area of Work

External and Regulatory Compliance- One point contact with the central compliance:

- Coordination for the RBI inspections of the group or any other regulatory query with respect to branch banking

- Co-ordinating with branches on RBI audits at branches for updates and response closure

- Compliance to RBI guidelines for the group

- Co-ordinating for RBI correspondences and other regulatory bodies for the group

- Liaising with statutory auditors and branches for smooth conduct of statutory audits/NSDL audits & ensuring compliance of the audit issues and Co-ordinating with ZRMs for closure of statutory audit reports and co-ordinating with FARG for LFAR submission

- NSDL Audits

Internal Compliance:

- Coordinating for Level 1/2 KAF with the team / Product checking the actionables arising out of the same

- Quarterly & Half yearly reporting disclosures for RSPPG to legal and compliance group

- Reporting of Strategy & Products related KAF's to Compliance & Audit committee ACM reporting of RBI Audits

- Maintain tracker for the actionables arising out of the COC/ACM and Publishing dashboards on Open Actionables of COC /ACM for the group

RRM Process Checks/ZRM Process checks:

- Review of complete RRM process check and modify to make it more productive, automation of various processes etc

- Follow up with ZRMs for visit to RIB branches and publishing of dashboard

- Review of the RRM Query sheet from time to time. Any new additions to be made to the RRM query sheet based on new processes, recommendation RRM certification program and questionnaire preparation .

- Identify new RRMs for program and follow up for scheduling accordingly.

- Publishing of learning series to RRMs

- Various validations based on RRM process checks

- Maintenance of RRM profiles, ensuring that only quality RRMs are recruited or those with adequate experience.

- Take necessary approvals for RRMs not as per defined criteria

- DD PO analysis

- Branch Health Council/Other Compliance related work

- Co-ordinating with the team and service team for preparation of BHC work Other various Business review, Zonal reviews etc

- Missing Inventory Circular
