EcGR is seeking an entrepreneurial Market Analysts and Business Development Associate to help develop and grow our business relationships with global private equity and venture capital fund houses, strategy consulting firms and corporates in India and the global markets . They will be responsible for identifying new, potential users of EcGR, presenting its proposition to Associate and Director-level clients, and working in collaboration with the founding team members to carry out the growth strategy to map newer markets and segments.

Key Responsibilities:

The Business Development Associate role is effectively a sales, and by extension marketing and brand strategy, role that drives new business in the India financial markets.

- Make outreaches for new business to global institutional fund houses based out of India, US and Europe, as well as, regional private equity and venture capital firms.

- Engage Associate level to VP level investment professionals to communicate EcGR's proposition and solutions, while increasing awareness and traction towards ExpertConnect services.

- Prepare and help design marketing material to be shared with prospects acting as brand statement for EcGR

- Collaborate with the founding members to retain and grow existing client relationships

- Connect with key constituents at clients as a thought partner, with a heavy focus on senior-level decision makers, in order to understand these clients- work, differentiate the company's brand, position the ExpertConnect brand while tailoring the ExpertConnect value proposition at critical junctures.

- Develop a strategy roadmap for key account prospects to be executed against a growth imperative and revenue target for a portfolio of clients.

- Provide real-time analysis of account activity and usage trends with a demonstrated ability to manage sophisticated high-level B2B relationships.

Requisites

- Candidates should have an interest in the business - of global financial services space.

- Candidates should be comfortable articulating the value of our expert network and professional services.

- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with tenacity to engage clients, including senior individuals, by telephone.

- Ability to work effectively with international finance professionals of high academic and professional repute, and to succeed in driving conversations.

- A strong passion for brand building, strategy formulation and execution, persuasion and a knack for intellectually challenging issues.

- Demonstrated ability to understand people, communicate clearly, resilience and strength of character to take risks and overcome failures.

- Teamwork and high professionalism.
