We at Experian India are hiring for Manager Data Operations  Visit the following websites to know us better:   http://www.experian.in/  www.experianplc.com   The details of the role are as follows.  Job Description :  Data Intelligence & Delivery:  - Responsible for designing, developing and delivering high quality analytical and value added services for the clients of Experian Credit Bureau using the bureau database.  - Responsible for adhering to TATs for generating the various periodic and ad hoc analysis and reports as per the value added services and specific customer requests.  - Responsible for meeting the delivery dependent revenue target on a monthly basis  - Ensure delivery processes are streamlined and automated with minimal manual intervention   - Ensure compliance with all security and regulatory mandates  - Responsible for maintaining the quality of data in the Experian Credit Bureau by producing individual and collective data quality reports for customers that highlight data quality trends, issues and suggestions for resolution.  Data Operations:  - Design, implement and improve Data Operations processes  - Ensure the monthly data submissions received from bureau members are loaded into the database in a timely manner  - Ensure data corrections and database maintenance activities are carried out accurately and as per committed TATs  - Ensure compliance with global information security policies  - Ensure automation in Data Operations and MIS processes  - Responsible for maintaining the quality of data in the Experian Credit Bureau by producing individual and collective data quality reports for customers that highlight data quality trends, issues and suggestions for resolution.  - Produce regular data quality reports for clients and assist in client education for improved data quality  - Monitor data transfer rates, productivity levels and continuous improvement for increasing operational efficiency  - Maintain data transfer logs, network usage and lead data quality activities  Leadership & People Management:  - Provide ongoing, two-way coaching and feedback with direct reports to ensure delivery of high quality development planning and performance objectives   - Managing a team of analysts and data operations executives  Knowledge/Skills/ Experience:  - Overall experience of 8-12 years  - Understanding of Credit Risk and developing an analytical framework for the same  - 4- 6 years work experience in MIS/BIU unit of a large bank/financial institution and/or in an analytical firm dealing with developing analytics for banks  - Must have strong hands-on experience on one or more statistical tools like SAS, SPSS, Matlab etc.  - Experience on handling large data volumes using data analysis tools and generating good data insights  - Hands on experience in Excel and Excel Macros for basic data analysis  - Polished communication skills  - Knowledge of different modelling frameworks like Linear Regression, Logistic Regression, Multiple Regression, LOGIT, PROBIT, time- series modelling, CHAID, CART etc is a plus  - Must possess top level business management, interpersonal, and facilitation skills   - Focus on collaboration and idea sharing  - Openness towards people and new ideas  - Prior experience of team management of 4 years +  We need to gather some more information about your candidature.
