Experian - Assistant HR Manager (5-10 yrs)

\We are looking for an adaptable HR Generalist to take a `hands-on’ approach and drive the delivery of all Human Resources services.

In this position, you will be servicing a diverse client group in a fast paced role that will see you partnering with your clients and providing advice across the full range of HR disciplines. If you are someone who has a desire to learn and is looking to develop to the next step in HR, then could be the ideal opportunity for you.

The successful candidate will have the following profile:

- Qualified in Human Resources Management, or hold varied related experience.

- HR Generalist experience within an IT or BFSI environment, preferably someone looking to step in to the next level as a HR Business Partner.

- Responsible for the administration of HR policies, procedures and programs including developing new policies and programs

- Drive performance planning and development of employees.

- Implementing the training and development agenda; identify areas that need attention and improvement

- To ensure all company policies and procedures are up to date in line with current employment / labour laws. Ensure line managers are up to date with changes to any policies.

- Continue to support the acquisition and development of talent through supporting the sourcing, selection and on boarding of new people to our business.

- An ability to create ‘trusted advisor’ relationships with managers to ensure proactive and value add HR service

- Experience in coaching and developing managers to enhance people management capability.

- Collaborate and partner with other Human Resources teams as well as human resources professionals in the matrixed corporate functions

- Provide day to day support and advice to the business units on all employee concerns and questions

Desired Skills & Experience:

The successful candidate will have the following attributes:

- 5+ years of experience in Human Resources.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Excellent planning and prioritising skills and are able to juggle competing priorities and demands across multiple customer groups.

- Have a pragmatic, commercial and operational approach.

- Ability to think analytically and make decisions, often managing and implementing multiple projects

- Thrive in a fast-paced environment, being highly responsive to customer needs.

- Able to work under minimal supervision applying professional judgment, business knowledge, compliance and values into HR initiatives and issues.
