EXL Services - Manager - IT Audit (6-12 yrs)
Role : Manager
Department : Corporate Audit
Reports to : Sr. AVP
Span of Control : 1
Positions reporting into this role : Executive/ Sr Executive
Primary Responsibility :
- Planning and executing internal audits ( IT Audit execution and Report writing)
- Managing IT-SOX, IT Audit and other Special assignments
- Contributing to the knowledge sharing function of Internal Audit through presentations
- Co-ordination and facilitation with various business and functional owners to ensure implementation of the recommendations suggested
Role/ Responsibilities :
- Planning and executing internal audits ( IT Audit execution and Report writing)
- Managing IT SOX and other Special assignments
- Supporting Sr. AVP in developing/ imparting training and other initiatives
- Interaction with the stake holders
- Active participation in trainings and knowledge building sessions
Competencies & Skills :

- BE (E&C or CS or IT)/ MCA / MBA (IT)
- In-depth understanding of IT concepts, Network components/ devices, IT SOX and Audits
- Hand-on experiences in IT SOX and Audits, particularly application, databases, operating systems and network devices
- Hand-on experience in Cyber security and Data Privacy frameworks
- Good logical reasoning and reasonable analytical skills
- Well-versed with IT standards and IT good practices, internal audit methodologies, IT SOX requirements, SSAE16, Internal Control Framework like COSO, CoBiT etc
- Understanding of PCI-DSS and Vulnerability & Penetration testing
- One or more Certifications such as CISA/ CISSP/ CISM/ CFE/ CeH /Cybersecurity Nexus Professional (desired not a pre-requisite)
- Effective communication and report writing skills, concise and focused
- Computer/laptop operating skills. Knowledge of usage of auditing tools (desired not a pre-requisite)
- Positive and go getter attitude
- Integrity - Should not indulge into incorrect acts and report if any integrity related cases are identified
- Should have confidence and convincing skills
- Should be a team player with a potential to demonstrate team leadership skills.
- Should be assertive and result oriented professional.
