EXL Service - Predictive Modeler

Mandatory Sills-

- Strong Analytics Background (Modelling experience is mandatory)

- Atleast 1 yr experience in Python (must)

- Strong in MS-Excel, preferably VBA

- Strong in SAS

- Strong in Powerpoint

- Tableau, Hive experience preferable

- Willing to work out of client location

- Flexible to work in US timings

- Atleast 1-2 years experience in Analytics

- Ability to grasp nuances of business quickly

- Experience in business requirements gathering

- Ability to problem solve and break down complex problem into solvable pieces

- Ability to deliver quick and accurate results for each analysis/task

- Excellent communication skills

- Experienced in data management, data analysis, data extraction

- Ability to do work within tight timelines
