EXL - Manager - Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis (4-8 yrs)
- Preparation and maintenance of monthly Client-level reporting provided to the senior management of the company including follow-up on open issues with various departments. The task would involve extensive hands-on working in excel and interaction with departments outside FP&A.
- Provide support in developing the Budget and Forecasts for the company. The task involves obtaining data from the Business leaders and consolidating at the company level.
- Preparation and Presentation of Monthly Packs to Senior Management.
- Working on variance analysis of actual performance with Budget/Forecast/Actuals for Top-line, Direct costs and Enabling functions to drive efficient spending and long-term growth
- Help in trend analysis of key performance indicators including all areas of Revenue, Capex and Opex
- Liaising with the Business & Accounting teams on the root-cause analysis, and developing plans to mitigate them
- Working on costing and pricing models
- Ad-hoc analysis to support effective decision-making at all levels of the organization
- Looking for CA’s and/or MBA’s from reputed institute and either of following skills/experience:
- Working within corporate FP&A; on pricing deals; (We do not want operations people working for clients of the company on a process or leading a team on the floor)
- Working within FP&A on internal reporting; solid experience in churning out Business unit-wise P&L’s on monthly basis
- Internal audit background with exposure in drafting policies and procedures; good documentation and communication skills
- Working on budgeting/forecasting with focus on doing variance analysis and digging deep to find reasons for variances in various P&L items like revenue/ Cost of goods sold/ Selling, general & administrative expenses, etc.

- Timings: 1-10pm (Fixed shift)
- Experience: Min 4+ post qualification(CA) else 6-7+ years
- BPO/ITES experience is mandatory
- Centre: Corporate Office- A 48, Sector 58, Noida
- Transport - Home drop only( No hiring zone: Faridabad/Gurgaon/Greater Noida as transport is not available. If candidates are open to travel/relocate can be considered)
- CA (First attempt) / MBA (Premier Institute)
