Job Description
a. Work closely with the IHC client services leadership to help them achieve their business development goals of growing the existing client portfolio and new logo acquisition
- Enable deeper understanding of industry issues and trends
- Provide insights about client issues and/or needs
- Analyze various internal/external financial and non-financial data to aid decision making
b. Assist the head of IHC in the development, execution and monitoring of IHC Strategy
- Conduct extensive market research
- Facilitate senior leadership focus groups
- Develop clear articulation of strategy
- Support practice monitoring, analysis and reporting
c. Manage the IHC Bid Response team
- Provide oversight to the RFX-response process
- Organize and maintain repository of critical collateral
d. Work on other enterprise-wide initiatives (including work related to EXL corporate strategy)
e. The role will entail
- Building a deep understanding of various facets of the EXL business - Operations Management, Analytics and Platforms / Technology
- Working in close collaboration with cross-functional teams (Finance, Marketing, HR etc.)
- Developing quality presentations and collateral for internal (CXO, Board of Directors etc.) and external (Client / Analyst / Advisor) communication
- Overseeing the work of the technical writer for the practice
The role may involve foreign travel (short / long-term)
Base Location: NCR/Pune, India
Essential Qualifications and Skills
Qualifications and Experience
- MBA from Tier-1 business school
- 2-6 years of work experience (preferably in IT/ITes or Consulting)
- Insurance/Healthcare exposure will be an added positive (but not mandatory)
