To plan and execute Operational strategies ensuring Value delivery to the Client and Organization within the existing business model while exploring opportunities to create new revenue streams ensuring cost reduction opportunities.  Principal Accountabilities-   - Client Management  - Revenue Delivery and Gross Margins  - Process Improvement	  - Compliance  - Employee Management ((ESAT & Attrition)  Responsible for managing a portfolio of clients.  Responsible for team size of ~300 FTEs in production and related support staff  Capability to manage associated cost drivers such as Technology, Logistics, Transport and Support functions aligned  Explore opportunities to create additional revenue streams and assist in new client acquisitions.  Skills and Knowledge-  Any Graduate/Post Graduate with minimum of 7-8 years of experience in the BPO Insurance industry preferably  in Client facing roles and exposure to work on cross location projects
