Position Summary:  - Run the sales automation program which includes new applications, processes, interfaces to enhance the productivity of the distribution channels  - Own the initiative, identify the phases, plan for implementation  Key Responsibilities:  - Drive the sales automation project for all sales verticals  - Identify key deliverables, define phases & change management practices   - To identify change management requirements and develop the plan  - To ensure effective budget controls that demonstrate adherence to business case  - To ensure re-skilling of staff to support the activity  - To ensure the change management program has effective risk, issues & dependency management  Skills, Knowledge and Qualifications:  - Project Management Experience  - Comprehensive working knowledge of all aspects of change management  - Proven ability to lead & manage diverse teams  - Effective handling of senior management briefings & reviews  - Working knowledge of Insurance & related distribution channels  - Should have implemented similar programs for Insurance sales or other distributors  - Expert in written & oral communications  Personal Attributes and Competencies:  - Self starter  - Communicator  - Expert in execution  - Passionate & willing to go the extra mile
