Work with the VP- Human Resources to design and execute the Performance Management, C&B, & HR Automation strategy for the organization.   - Driving and influencing key HR processes within the business (Performance Management, Compensation Management, HR Automation)  Working relations include interactions with :  Senior Management Team members - to discuss on HR issues, clarify on queries   Payroll team - For payroll inputs and related queries  C&B team - To drive PMS, Appraisal and Increment cycles  - Members of the Leadership Team   Skills, Knowledge & Qualifications (Framework required by the position)  - MBA in Human Resources (CAT A Institutes )   - Minimum 6 years of HR experience   - Proven working experience as a compensation and benefits specialist.  - Proven experience of HR systems   Personal Attributes & Competencies :  - Excellent oral & written communication, Analytical skills, proficiency in excel, good knowledge of HR concepts, attention to detail, networking and stakeholder management skills.
