Executive/Senior Executive - Procurement - Import - Finished Goods (3-5 yrs)

We are hiring for Top MNC.

Position- Exe/Sr. Exe- Procurement (Import)

Location- Pune

JD-

This position is primarily responsible for handling import & export management of Finished Goods. The candidate will also be involved in other procurement related activities like PR/PO/Vendor Creation, indirect sourcing & locally sourced finished goods.

Ensuring contract in the system for all Finished Goods are updated on timely basis, updation of vendor codes for all new vendors & ensuring periodic review of Vendor Master

- Issuing/monitoring/reporting status of PRs and POs

- Periodically reviewing open purchase orders by investigating the reason they remain open & closing the same.

- Timely GR/IR reviews along with Finance Team.

- Ensuring C Form & H Form are uploaded and provided to supplier on quarterly basis.

- Raising POs of finished goods as per the plan & preparing MIS for tracking the delivery schedule.

- Liaison with the Clearing and forwarding Agencies to ensure timely customs clearance, without incurring demurrage. Ensuring timely and accurate documentation for all import transactions.

- Communicating with all key stake holders (Warehouse, Production and Finance Teams) to facilitate timely action in case of issues.

Should be sound in MS Office applications particularly in excel.
