We are India's leading Consumer Durables/Appliances company and we have the following opening for Sales positions in Tamil Nadu and Kerala across Various Levels. Please find below the JD for the position.

Executive/Senior Executive/AM - Sales

Experience: 1 - 10 Years Experience in Channel Sales

Location: Chennai, Coimbatore, Salem

Job Description:

Sales Achievement: The person is responsible for achieving Sales target for the assigned territory / area as per Business Plan.

Dealer Management & Network Expansion: Providing complete assistance to the Direct Dealers and AWDs within the assigned territory to ensure secondary sales movement. Ensuring that the Customers-Dealers are served for their requirements in the quickest time to ensure Dealer Satisfaction particularly in issues pertaining to customer service, logistics, commercials etc. Identifying new markets/dealers and trade opportunities for expanding the Channel Network. Report trade partners grievances / complaints to Branch Manager for timely help/solutions & action plan.

Model Mix Availability: Ensure model mix availability at dealer outlets through Sales Forecasting

AR, Stock, RTGS: Dealer/AWD trend tracking & analysis, network loss tracking analysis & taking corrective action for network expansion/correction with equal focus on brands & products. Tracking & controlling AR aging & proposing corrective action plan

STEP Compliance: Ensure the desired number of dealer visit per week for greater focus on increased channel relationship & management

Weekly Governance Review with BM: Must ensure weekly performance review meetings with BM on Weekly Sales, collection, AR trend, Dealer visits, JCP

Network Expansion: Control of Sales distribution plan through dealer network expansion / correction plan. Brand-wise product-wise sales tracking.

Desired Profile: MBAs with 1+ years of experience in Consumer Durables/ Home Appliances Industry with strong experience in handling the relevant markets.

Candidates with strong Channel sales experience in FMCG, Paints, Tyres and Telecom industries with knowledge of consumer electronics industry can also apply.

Other skills: Good Business Acumen, Communication skills and Sales Driven attitude.

Qualification: Graduates with a regular MBA preferably.

Looking for candidates who know the local language, Tamil only.
