Identify and develop client business/relationships in a competitive environment  2. Build mutual benefiting relationships with clients and work as part of a passionate team to maximize Group's commercial performance.  3. Generate revenue in your area of specialisation in a target driven environment  Candidate Management   4. Source suitable candidates from various channels across the world including advertising, market mapping, headhunting, referral network, technology etc  5. Maintain candidate network, Contribute to the attraction of candidates and all other aspects of candidate management   6. Interview candidates on a general & specific assignments and brief them on the opportunities offered by the client  7. Manage the recruitment process from interview to offer stage and beyond. That includes sourcing and interviewing candidates, negotiating salary packages and presenting suitable candidates to clients.   Corporate Training  8. Create and deliver Corporate trainings on the aspects & best practices of the leadership hiring and executive search to the team and other colleagues in the organization  Copywriting  9. Preparation of industry/sector analysis and mapping for specific clients as a deliverable on your line of specialisation.  10. You have a B.Tech and an MBA/Post graduate degree with 1- 3 years of work experience in a client facing role. You are not shy to pick up the phone and make a warm/cold call to someone to pitch your business. You are proactive, business savvy and suave. Being attention to detail is a pre-requisite to apply  3. You are persistent, resilient, have excellent communication skills, an amicable personality and a hunger to succeed. Bearing in mind that this is a sales-based role you must have the ability to demonstrate excellent communication skills and self-motivation in a client facing environment.  4. You are competitive and appreciate being in a meritocratic culture where the work in years count for more than the years at work.   5.
