Executive - Production - Paint Manufacturing (6-9 yrs)
Salary Offered: 11 - 12 LPA
- Finalize the month plan with SC for the regular products as well as new products based on the capacity
- Monitor scheduling of batches as per the plan
- Hold timely discussions with relevant function for clearance of the constraints in meeting the plan
- Coordinate internally with the other departments of the plant to ensure timely availability of resources
- Ensure standardization / scale up of batches as per the schedule
- Resolve any concerns faced during scale ups
- Maintain and share the relevant documents
- Prepare the consumable budget for the forthcoming year
- Prepare the Capex proposals
- SPI finalization with SC
- Adhere to the company guidelines on safety and environment. Work towards achieving the EMR and EMP targets set for the department
- Adhere to safety systems during the regular as well as non-regular activities
- Perform the necessary audits and conduct DSCM meeting
- Ensure closure of points raised
- Design a plan for the development of individuals (staff).
- Identify training needs and facilitate the same
- Work on competency improvement of staff
- Handle performance management of direct reports Set goals, review performance, provide feedback, chart out a developmental plan
- 6 - 9 years for B.Tech Chemical Engineering
- Process know how of any petrochemical or similar industry
- Hands on experience of working in a fully automated plant
- Problem solving skills
- Planning skills
