Job Description:
- Analyze cost & time of Projects and track critical items
- Report deviations/ exceptions in project progress or functioning
- Highlight issues relating to area inefficiencies, contractual matters, sales status, cash status and resources - both Client and from third parties
- Proactively and independently setup and lead meetings with project mangers, functional department heads and consultants to address issues.
Qualifications/ specific Experience/ Skills:
- Engineering Degree
- At least 3 years of experience in Property development Organization
- Ability to use AutoCAD, Primavera software proficiently
- Good reporting skills (Well versed in Excel/ Power point)
- Experience handling multiple projects or working in a PMO will be an added advantage
