Executive - Marketing - B2B - Spices (2-6 yrs)
Mandate for an Executive, Marketing position in Guntur. Spices Division
- The candidate must be an MBA in Marketing from a reputed national institute.
- The candidate must have 2-3 years of experience in the B2B (Business to Business) segment
- Experience in spices industry would be an added advantage - Not Mandatory.
- The candidate must have excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Expertise in data management, account management practices, market segmentation, brand positioning are essential.
- CTC offered would be in the range of Rs. 6 - 8 Lakh per annum.(Though this is not a limiting condition)
- Location of this position is in Guntur, Andhra Pradesh only.
Purpose of the Job:
- Support the Marketing Team in Account Management, branding and promotion activities for Spices, establishing and standardizing marketing systems and processes
Duties & Responsibility:
Support all Key Account Managers in branding and promotion activities for Spices:
- Explore and identify appropriate branding activities to enhance the brand of Spices in the international market across regions
- Understand the customer expectations across regions and develop the customized branding solutions for each region in liaison with the respective KAMs
- Develop customized solutions for marketing Spices across customer segments - Existing, New and Potential.
- Provide key customer insights on product and promotional attributes to the business
- Focus on the marketing budget and deliver the marketing plan within the budget
Develop and institutionalize marketing systems for the business:
- Design the Spices web page that projects effectively the brand attributes of spices while meeting the customer expectations
- Design the brochures for Spices for marketing in various international forums
- Organize customer visits to company Locations and participation of Spices in National and International trade events
Support Key Account Managers in Account Management Activities:
- Back end support for Account Managers
- Supporting them in analysis, communication, and presentations.
