Currently hiring Legal Executive for MNC based in Mumbai

Ideal Candidate :

- Able to interpret the laws and their applicability

- Sound knowledge of Labour Laws, Industrial laws and its applicability to chemical industry.

- Should be able to understand and interpret financial documentation

- Knowledge of various Govt. offices and its location.

- Good command over English. Should be able to independently draft and review agreement/contracts given the context and background

- Maintenance statutory data/ records/ approvals/ originals

- Coordination with advocates / solicitor firms in all legal matters of the company.

Minimum Requirements :

Education : B.com/B.Sc & LLB

Experience : 5 to 8 years of experience

Other Skills :

- Communication skills

- Interpretational skills

- Correspondence skills

- Computer skills.

- Good interpersonal relations

Salary Offered: 10 - 15 LPA
