Executive Human Resources Personnel @ Vizag Plant - Paint Manufacturing Company

Executive HR ( Personnel)@ Vizag Plant - ( Telugu Speaking is Must)

Time office :

- Review and ensure time office activities are conducted in a smooth manner

- Resolve grievances of employees in the area of attendance

- Review and ensure time office activities of contract labor are conducted in a timely manner

Payroll : :

- Review and make sure that payroll activities for operators, officers and senior officers are conducted in a smooth manner so that accurate salary payments are made to the employees

- Guide Officer-Personnel to ensure accurate & timely payroll inputs for Executives and above are shared

- Coordinate with corporate accounts function to resolve any pending issues

- Review and make continuous improvements payroll process

Statutory compliance :

- Perform audit and take corrective actions to ensure statutory compliances in the area of contract labor management

- Address grievances of contract employees shared by the contractor on time

PF and ESIC :

- Review and complete PF activities i.e. provide inputs to corporate accounts,submit returns to PF office, conduct PF nomination process, clear PF loans etc. in a smooth and efficient manner

- Evaluate and complete the ESIC activities i.e. Submission of contribution,submission of data to ESIC office, ESIC nomination process etc.in a smooth and efficient manner.

Employee relations :

- Distribute quality welfare items to employees on-time

- Address employee grievances with respect to welfare items in a timely manner

- Coordinate with other departments to resolve any grievances on the shopfloor Seek articles from employees, departments and publish the quarterly plant magazine

Vendor Management : Identify new vendors for hotels, welfare items etc. and make timely payment to existing vendors

Essential :

B.Com / M.Com / BBA / BSc (non chem.) / BA

MBA in HR

Desired :

7 years with experience of working in a plant

Telugu Speaking is Must

Salary offered: 10 - 12 LPA
