Executive - Finance Controller

Knowledge & Skills:

- Strong Fundamentals of Finance

- Good knowledge of Accounting Standards and Companies Act

- Good Knowledge of SAP

- Knowledge of MS-Office (Excel, Word, Power-point)

- Strong Analytical skills & logical thinking

- A passion for Excellence in Business Process Improvements

Role:

- Assist the Controllership and Finance function overall by getting systems developed and to put systems in place for Finance governance, risk control & automation of processes

- Oversee all Finance related IT process improvement and Business Process Excellence initiatives and driving them to closure

Qualification:

- Bachelor Degree (preferably in Commerce)

- Optional but nice to have - CA/ICWAI Inter or MBA in Finance

Experience:

- At least 3 to 4 years in Finance Department of a large organization
