Executive Director - Tech Solutions - Healthcare Business

Responsibilities:

Looking for an entrepreneurial minded, proven business leader who is passionate about social innovation and impact. The main areas of focus for this role will be to:

JOB DESCRIPTION

- Lead the co's healthcare technology business for global public health in India

- Work directly with the President of the co to develop and execute strategy for designing and deploying sustainable and impactful health technology solutions in India

- Develop co's relationships with key stakeholders in governments, social organizations and the private sector.

- Work closely with the Chief Technology Officer of the co on design and deployment of technology solutions

- Responsible for delivering on financial and social impact goals of The company

- Cultivate relationships with and secure support of healthcare providers, professional organizations and policy makers towards organization goals

- Be the ambassador to achieving co's vision

Skill sets/Qualifications:

- Masters- degree in a scientific/technical/business discipline

- 8-15 years- experience

- Experience in corporate leadership

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

- Ability to work in and manage international multi-disciplinary teams

- Understand and/ or have learning agility for the healthcare technology sector

- Have ability to balance strategic outlook and operational delivery
