Executive Assistant (Future Business Heads) Profile  Requirement :  - About 28-32 years of age with 4-6 years of work experience  - Solid academic background (reputed engineering college / cost or chartered accountancy / top tier MBA college or a combination)  - Very strong problem solving / analytical skills and project management capabilities  - Excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi  - Prior work experience can be in a diversified group or conglomerate/Big4s or Reputed Consulting Companies (especially the second tier consulting firms, HR consulting firms) / Reputed Services companies  - Self-starter / multi-tasker, confident, resourceful, and with good presentation skills  - Potential to develop strong people management and selling skills for a leadership role in future.  Role of the person :  To work closely with the GCOO (Promoter)  - Coordinate and Manage all the reports / queries / information etc. from different verticals  - Assist in strategic and business planning and presentations preparation  - Manage, delegate, and supervise some of the administrative tasks for the GCOO (Promoter)  - Attend meetings with and sometimes on behalf of GCOO (Promoter) and prepare minutes / action plans, and then follow up  - Be the champion / Project Manager for any new operational or strategic initiative (incl pre/post M&A, new business idea, new technology or HR implementation etc.)
