Candidate Profile:

- CA / MBA Finance. (Male Candidate Only) with 3 - 4 Years of Experience as an EA to any Managerial Designation / Profile. (Within the same Vertical (FMCG/FMCD/ F&B Preferred)

- High on Integrity levels with Go-getter Attitude

- Open to work stretch. Excellent Communication Skills (Written, Oral) and Analytical skills.

- Should have good sense of time management, planning & organizing, judgement and analysis.

- Adaptability / comfort in coordination / interaction with internal and external customers.

Job Description:

- The executive assistant to the managing director (MD) will provide high-level of Integrity and confidentiality along with business administrative support to the office of the MD.

Detailed Job Description:

- The profile requires close working with the MD along with respective business heads in order to achieve strategic objectives. The profile requires multi-tasking, ability to conceptualize, implement new processes, create - update - follow up, attention to detail, liaising with board members, working under stringent deadlines and aggregating and interpreting data. The profile provides exposure to diverse challenges facing the senior management.

- The ideal candidate should have abilities in business acumen; strategy formulation and P&L understanding; data comprehension & inference development; project management & team working. This position is often privy to confidential information and as such, requires diplomacy and discretion. The profile requires close working with the MD along with respective business heads in order to achieve strategic objectives.

Role:

- Assist & coordinate the strategy planning exercise

- To monitor tasks delegated by MD to ensure that the task is achieved to agreed deadlines

- Co-ordinating Cross Functional teams to ensure project deliverables

- External & Internal interface on behalf of MD

- Helping in business presentations & tie up with internal & external stakeholders. Business data analysis.

- Assist the MD with inputs and data required for making strategic decisions
