Follow up business activities with functional heads.  - Maintaining and keeping track of minutes of meetings and ensuring follow up the same.  - Making and collating reports and presentations as and when required.  - Follow-up and co-ordinate for projects and business reports with internal business heads and other clients.  - To provide inputs on user industries, competition updates.  - To participate in monthly functional meetings.  - Support the strategic Project/ Strategic Management Process.  - Provide support on Internal Projects by MD and ensure that critical deadlines are met and projects are completed.  - Support MD in strategic and operational initiatives.  - Support MD on internal/ external presentations like Quarterly roll out, company Presentation.  - Day to day follow up and coordination.  - As required by the MD, generate internal and external analytical data to enable formulation of strategy.  The Person  - MBA from top B School  - Excellent Communication Skills  - Highly presentable and well groomed  - Strong Analytical skills with a strategic bent of mind.  - Aggressive go getter with a positive frame of mind.  - Open to extensive travel across the   Mail your CV's to Sandeep Nagpal at laddershr@gmail.com
