We do a variety of interesting and complex assignments for MNC and Indian clients, dealing with C-level and other senior stakeholders.  - Your primary role will be to work closely with the head of the firm, handling a variety of operational and administrative tasks while enabling him to maintain full focus on key company priorities  - You must be able to multi-task in order to handle several short and long-term projects; which often have competing and conflicting levels of priority  - You are adept at dealing with senior stakeholders (C-level) as well as with junior consultants and office staff  - You can handle tasks ranging from highly strategic and confidential to routine, daily, office related ones  - You understand that the EA role is a key one, to which a formal job description will not do full justice. You see this as a pathway to a long term career with the company  Primary Responsibilities:   - Get involved in major projects and assignments, to a level that enables accurate reporting to the MD   - Handle special projects as required  - Facilitate and coordinate with various external agencies like accountants, lawyers, market research firms etc   - Support various administrative requirements like tax and regulatory filings  - Manage routine tasks related to keeping the office operating smoothly  Desired Skills & Qualities :   - Your primary skill will be the ability to communicate articulately, clearly and concisely (verbal and written) and know what, when and how to communicate depending on audience and subject matter (sensitivity and timing).   - Additionally, you must be able to maintain the highest level of professionalism when speaking with our clients and other stakeholders on behalf of the company   - The ideal candidate must have the ability to think strategically, see the big picture but also pay attention to details  Experience : Minimum 3 years in a similar role  Above market salary.
