Company :   Our client is 2300 crore manufacturing company based in gurgoan operating in multiple businesses in multiple locations  Purpose  - To be a part of MD's office and help keep a tab of progress on various intiatives or ventures on his behalf  Strategic Roles :   - Provide comprehensive support to MD for an objective, responsive and effective follow-up on and execution of strategic plans and operational initiatives  Operational Roles  - Monitor various projects on behalf of MD & maintain tracker & update regularly  - Track various initiatives on cost saving & business excellence  - Study current scenario on what is happening in domestic/international market in sectors the organization is present in  - Represent MD in various internal forums as & when directed by JMD  - Evaluate new business plans in terms of feasibility and alignment; share report with MD  - Respond independently on behalf on MD from after taking inputs from him  - Help in business presentations & tie up with internal & external stakeholders  - Assist MD with inputs and data required for making strategic decisions  - Work closely with Presidents or BU Heads in following-up on projects in regard to commitments made to MD   Please Note :  - Any Graduate (preferably Science or Engg ) with an MBA from Premier B School   - Working as EA in MD's or CMD's office with 5-to-10 years of experience in business performance analysis, following-up on progress on strategic plans or operational initiatives   - Working in a Promoter-managed company of a 2000 to 2500 crore tunover operating multiple businesses in multiple locations  CTC : Rs 35 to Rs 40L   Location-Gurgoan
