Executive Assistant To Managing Director APAC - Consultant - Strategic Projects (0-6 yrs)
Job Description :
We are looking for an EA to our Managing Director APAC to join our team. The role is a standalone role reporting directly into the MD APAC region. The right candidate can experience an accelerated growth path. For a high performer, the role will evolve into a business lead for a practice / vertical for new projects.
- Work closely with the MD APAC to design the strategy for new projects
- Conduct market and competitive analysis
- Lead a small research team to collect important data on the strategic projects
- Identify market segments and potential customers
- Engage with customers to understand requirements and pain points
- Engage with various internal stakeholders and design solutions
- Perform all pre-sales activities - First approach, RFI / RFPs, Proposals, and Presentation making
- Assist MD in Sales
- Drive new business areas and solutions in APAC region
Requirement :
- MBA from a reputed university (Global MBA is an advantage)
- Sharp analytical abilities, strong academic record and high IQ
- Excellent presentation making skills and proficiency with Microsoft Excel
- Very good general awareness (general knowledge across range of subjects including business, economics, technology, politics, sports, movies, geographies etc.)
- Very high level of energy and self-motivation / drive
- Highly ambitious and willing to learn and execute
- Self-confident and not risk averse
- Strong extra-curricular is a big advantage
- While all work experience is useful, any relevant experience is an advantage
- Interested and willing to go the extra mile to do something valuable and differentiated with her / his career
