- The profile requires close working with the Chairman along with respective business heads in order to achieve strategic objectives of the various lines of business  - The profile requires multi tasking, ability to conceptualize, implement new processes, create update follow up, attention to detail, working under stringent deadlines and aggregating and interpreting data.   - The profile provides exposure to diverse challenges facing the senior management. Will need to travel within & outside India.  - The ideal candidate should have abilities in business acumen; strategy formulation and P& L understanding; data comprehension & inference development; project management & team working.  - Analyze & help Present monthly & yearly sales reports and recommendations during Board of Directors Meeting.  - Conduct market scan for new opportunities   - Work closely along with Business Heads for reviews, planning & roll out of strategy  Specific Skills and Experience Required :  - Min 3 years of high level, complex executive administration work experience for a C-level executive or in Strategy, Business Planning role in a Financial Services Company  - MBA from IIM, ISB, XLRI, JBIMS, NMIMS, SP Jain, MDI, FMS or CA Rank Holder  - Exceptional and proven organizational and time management skills; attention to detail, world-class follow-through  - Effective communication, listening skills, simplifying details and requests  - Critical anticipation and judgement skills  - Remaining poised under pressure.There will be periods of high pressure and the leadership team must remain a posture of grace.  - Sharp analytical abilities, strong academic record and high IQ  - Excellent presentation making skills and proficiency with Microsoft Excel  - Very good general awareness (general knowledge across range of subjects including business, economics, technology, politics, geographies etc.)  - Very high level of energy and self-motivation / drive  - Highly ambitious and willing to learn and execute  - Self-confident and not risk averse  - While all work experience is useful, any relevant experience is an advantage  - Interested and willing to go the extra mile to do something valuable and differentiated with her / his career
