- Plan & execute reviews, support for the Quarterly, Half-Yearly and Annual Business Review meetings.   - Execute special assignments from time to time from conceptualization, planning to delivery.  - Working closely with India business team and understanding the relevance of various initiatives in India, adapting the same for major EM markets - Russia, Ukraine and SA - based on the local market needs and dynamics, scaling it up to make it a competitive advantage   - Design Scorecard, evaluation and closing: at EM Level and country levels   - Strategic Deployment Process:   - Co-ordianting across the EM countries to ensure we are on track   - Working closely with SDP stakeholders to establish best practices between GG India and EM team   - Support in EM Monthly review meetings, Management Council meet, Board retreat documents, new market calls  - Leadership council convener - both for EM and India business
