We are looking for a dynamic, smart Executive Assistant to one of the leaders   The role would encompass providing strategic support for Management Control and review of businesses. It will involve analysis and presentation of relevant organization data, supporting the planning process by providing requisite info & data and preparation of executive summary & periodic forecasts for his appraisal.  This role is one of the most trusted confidant to the executive they work with. Executive Assitants selflessly partner to achieve the executive's goals, advance the executive's agendas, and leverage the executive's time. The role, in many instances, will be required to work without specific direction on a blank page. The role holder will be expected to script the intent, design the structure, manage the team, and accept responsibility for the outcome.  This role, on behalf of their executive, may be often called upon to integrate disparate elements of the company's plan to achieve fluid and seamless implementation. They are often the executive's first line of offense and last line of defense.  Key Responsibilities  - Prepare necessary financial models and profitability reports related to business ventures or new launches  - Updating projections, monitoring outcomes, and recommending suitable actions on a regular basis - Detailed Analysis of Business Plans - Scenario Planning, Demand Estimation, Product-wise Profitability, Cost Comparisons  - Regular interaction with the Functional Heads on the issues related to the business and maintain necessary flow of information to and from them and providing inputs wherever desired -   - Compile information on industry trends; Track industry growth and conduct competitor analysis.   - Provide inputs on economic trends (local & global ) & emerging technologies for internal review -   Ideal candidate  Ideal candidate will be a person with a business Management Degree from Tier-1 institutes and 4-7 years of experience in consulting industry. The role of the executive assistant adjusts with every new innovation in technology, shift in business strategy, or change in the global economy.
