Key Deliverable:

PMO:

- Act as a single point of contact for updates on key actions, projects and plans.

- Organizing of meetings, coordination or reports, status updates and ensuring teams respond on time with all the status.

- Consolidation of reports and status to present the up to date picture to the Sr. Leadership team

- Highlight risk and issues in projects (off track projects, issues, etc) in a timely fashion

- Preparing presentation decks for reviews and meetings with Senior Olam Leadership team

- Provide Daily / Weekly / Monthly Highlights on the following with a focus on Quality

- Articles

- Project Status

- Key Issues Summary

- Monthly Update

- Quality Update

Market Research:

- Industry information

- Be up to date about relevant happenings in the IT and Agriculture industry

- Ability to conduct independent research on IT

- Shares key happenings with the Senior Team about key events in the industry

- Research key trends and is able to present a case for the trend relevance for the Organization and Function

- Interact with Key Industry Agencies for conferences and seminars which can be of a value add to the team members

Internal Marketing / Communication:

- New and innovative ways to communicate IT events, milestones to larger Olam organization

- Publish IT newsletter for IT employees and Olam’s non IT Stakeholders

- Gather inputs about business events across Olam and communicate back to IT leadership team

Key Skill sets for the Job:

- Mature Business Communication and Analysis Skills

- Highly evolved Presentation Skills – with focus on Visualisation & Concepts

- Good Analytic Mind

- 7+ years of relevant Work Experience

- Full Time MBA must from Tier 1 & 2 Colleges
