We are currently in quest for a HRBP Lead, Please find the detailed Job Description below.  Designation: HRBP Lead  Experience: 2 - 4 yrs  Mode of Employment: Permanent  Job Location: Hyderabad  Job Description:  - Looking for self-driven, independent candidates with an eye for details.  - Preferable to have experience in the following areas: Business Partnering, organizational development/change management, compensation, reward & recognition.   - Candidate is expected to work closely with the business as a strategic partner and come up with constructive solutions to improve member engagement.   - Have a good understanding of all HR functions eg: Strategic Management, Work force planning, Total rewards, HR Technology, employee and labor relations and CSR  - Leads the development of workforce and HR best practices across the organization using best in class external comparisons to continually improve HR operations  - Implements initiatives to develop and encourage collaborative work environment within businesses  - Leverage best practices and continuous improvement to develop people process and performance  Desired Candidate Profile  - Will involve creating a balance between partnering with Business leaders and being an employee advocate .  - Will involve handling Employees in terms of grievances, Career planning, Performance Management & new HR Initiatives   - Also need to be good with data and have analytical ability.   Salary range - 7-10 LPA
