Job overview

The Service Provider Intelligence team delivers in-depth research and insights on key trends in the service provider landscape as it pertains to the banking, financial services, and insurance (BFSI) and healthcare outsourcing IT outsourcing markets. The Senior Analyst is expected to drive actionable insights on the relevant market segments through a combination of primary and secondary research to create research reports for Everest Group's subscription research in these markets. The candidate will also be required to deliver custom research engagements in this arena.

Key responsibilities

- Identify areas of research based on industry and client needs

- Problem solve and structure work to manage deliverables and timelines

- Contribute significantly to the published research agenda of the Service Provider Intelligence practice

- Lead medium sized custom engagements

- Set plan for internal growth and actively develop domain expertise, leveraging subject matter experts, and external sources

- Support business development efforts

- Refine business communication skills for external market communication

Education & experience

- Bachelor's degree; MBA strongly preferred (from Tier-1 B-School)

- 2-3 years post-MBA work experience in consulting/research / outsourcing strategy environment. 5+ years of work experience in case of non-MBAs

- Interest in outsourcing space and sourcing trends

- History of excellence in academics, personal and vocational achievements

- Experience in the Financial Services and Healthcare outsourcing research a plus
