Senior Business Analyst (Financial Newsletters)

Job description :

- The candidate will be responsible for preparing financial newsletters based on analyst reports and compile news catering to various sectors of different regions for a European Investment Bank on a daily and weekly basis.

- He/she will be required to work in night shift.

Scope of Work :

- Examine and analyze published research reports followed by gathering information to prepare news summaries.

- Do a secondary research and gather relevant news catering to various sectors. The objective is to provide client with latest updates about various sectors.

- Preparing morning meeting brief of analyst note on their stocks.

- Comprehend, summarize and help the onshore team in picking the top investment ideas for the day.

- Work on ad-hoc requests as per client's requirement.

Skill Set Required :

- Ability to identify and solve issues effectively on time, eye for details

- Good knowledge of financial terms

- Good MS - Office Skills.

- Ability to ensure that tasks within areas of responsibility are completed in a timely manner.

- Ability to identify pro active ways to contribute to firms goals & mission.

- Ability to complete task accurately.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Knowledge of Bloomberg database will be an added advantage.

- Ability to work independently.

Education and experience :

- Graduate/Postgraduate-Commerce with 2-6 years.

Compensation :

- To be decided on a case-by-case basis, pegged with the best in the industry.
