Job Description:   - Gathering and understanding the business requirement from the clients  - Conversion of the business requirement into data specification   - Designing/suggesting relevant analysis to meet the business requirement  - Carrying analysis using client's database with the help of SAS/SPSS  - Presenting the analysis in Excel (Pivots, Graphs), PowerPoint (presentation) adding relevant business insights  - Support Management team in business development initiatives - expanding solution portfolio and offerings in Analytics domain  - Engage Business Partners to ensure analytic solutions are appropriate to existing business processes and level of readiness  Skill Set:  - Good knowledge of SAS/BASE, SAS/GRAPH, SAS/SQL and Statistical procedures.  OR  - Good knowledge of SPSS/ SQL/ R /Tableau/Confirm IT /Qlikview and Statistical procedures   - Experience working with multiple datasets, Correlation Analysis and Hypothesis testing.   - Exposure to advanced analytics methodologies such as Regression (Linear, Logistic, etc.), Cluster Analysis, CART/CHAID, etc.  - Proficient in Excel/VBA & Microsoft office tools.  - Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills  Education and experience  - Masters in Stats/ Maths / Eco /OR from a tier 1 college with 3-6 years of relevant experience   OR  - B.E./ B.Tech. in any discipline with 3-6 years experience
