The person will be occasionally required to convince senior employees in different departments, and make board-level presentations.  - The person needs to have near-native level proficiency in verbal and written English.  - Manager in project and people management responsibilities  Education and Experience :  - MBA Finance, MBA Oil & Gas, Engineers from reputed college  Compensation :  - To be decided on a case-by-case basis, pegged with the best in the industry.
