Role: Recruiter/Sr. Recruiter  Location: Evalueserve, Sec-39, Gurgaon  Job Responsibilities:  - Drive the hiring process and ensure open positions are filled within very tight timelines.  - Develop and maintain strong working relationships with hiring managers to develop a thorough understanding of the job requirements and use that understanding to help candidates fully understand the opportunity.  - Creating sourcing methods to expand visibility and network for potential candidates in a highly-competitive market and industry.  - Help in augmenting BRAND Evalueserve by participating in Talent Conclaves, Symposiums, Seminars etc  - Build networks of candidates and develop creative, cost-effective sourcing strategies.   - Provides coaching and mentoring to recruiting team members, often leading by example  - Keeping abreast with the market; industry trends, extensive research, strategy implementation and managing research enquiries / requests  - Work with the other regional TA members to share best practices and showcase regional achievements.  - Cross-function collaboration across HR and the support functions to evaluate impact to TA as a result of their activities   - Design innovative solutions to real TA issues, in addition to reviewing existing policies and programs.  - Maximize ROI on recruitment costs and increase recruitment efficiencies.  - Maintain accurate and well-ordered Hiring Sheet on all requirements, candidates, searches, hiring managers interactions, and other recruiting activities.  - Foster teamwork to maximize workplace efficiencies, quality initiatives and customer satisfaction  Rajnish www.evalueserve.com
