Good Database/ Data warehousing skills.  - Proficient in coding in R/SAS/Python.  - Strong analytical ability.  - Ability to conceptualize & solutionize.  - Should possess excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.  - Awareness of data analytics market trends and systems.
