Job description

The performance management function in Evalueserve is a corporate team in the HR division. The team is broadly responsible for the following:

- Project manages the strategy and execution of performance management processes for all locations (across various verticals and Sales) in partnership with the business HRs. This includes designing the process, planning calendars and schedules, risk assessment and mitigation, change management, coordination with the payroll team etc.

- Adheres to the process, ensuring compliance and providing required training to Managers, communication management.

- Being responsible for managing new initiatives like the Mentoring process etc. from conceptualization to execution and change management.

- Designs, customizes evaluation tools and techniques to ensure the process is managed online.

- Prepares MIS reports and presentations. Analyzes important trends and themes from the reports & share with relevant stakeholders to support decision making.

- Presents to middle to senior level leadership on various Performance Management initiatives and programs.

- Coordinates with other departments and stakeholders and getting work done

- Brings external industry perspectives on Performance Management based on primary or secondary researches

- Provides leadership to a team of Associates and Sr. Associates as applicable.

Skill Set Required

- Good knowledge of Performance Management concepts

- Knowledge of potential appraisals in theory and practice

- Knowledge of career planning and development systems and practice

- Good Project Management skills for planning and execution of projects

- Change Management Skills

- Team Management

- Influencing and Stakeholder Management Skills

- Needs to have a quick learning curve

- Ability to multi-task various projects at one time

- Good MS Office skills

- Excellent presentation skills - Should be a - Go Getter- with a learning attitude.

- Ability to identify pro- actively ways to contribute to the organisation's objectives.

- Excellent communication skills

- Good interpersonal skills

Education and experience

Regular MBA with major in HR from a reputed institute with 6-8 years- experience in core HR

Compensation - To be decided on a case-by-case basis, pegged with the best in the industry
