Job description  - We are currently looking at a dynamic individual who can assist our client in managing, scheduling and facilitating editorial content in a multi-channel delivery environment.  - Exposure to working on content published through multiple channels primarily, Print, Web, Social, Email, Mobile and Contact Center  - Manage creative development process including creative brief, Scrum review, PRP process, translation / adaptation and approval governance  - Experience in A/B testing of content and the creative refresh process  - Consult with the BU Marketing Manager to understand and integrate business and client segment strategy and objectives into all messaging activities  - Follow existing messaging governance principles and processes while helping to identify solutions and improvements to this new and evolving process  - Champion client and customer needs by using research and data to drive campaign flows and decision trees  - Ability to synthesize results captured from various marketing channels into design strategy and improve upon the client experience and engagement  Skill Set Required/Experience  - Candidate should possess excellent communication skills both written and verbal and should be thorough in editing and proof reading content documents with a good eye for details on the creative development process  - Should be able to manage multiple projects and stakeholders especially client Scrum team and should have experience in working in an agile environment  - Should have experience in content dissemination through multiple marketing channels  - Excellent interpersonal and persuasion skills  - Good innovative thinking abilities and solution-oriented approach to work  Education  - 8 - 10 years of work relevant experience in content management, digital analytics & content design  - Graduate/Post Graduate in Commerce or Communications preferred  - Bi lingual English/French candidates preferred  Compensation  To be decided on a case-by-case basis
