Job Description:  Roles & Responsibilities:  - Coach, provide feedback and motivate team members through clear communication, appropriate delegation and targeted intervention to ensure high quality output   - Identifies practical, timely and innovative research approaches; as needed, clarifies request objectives with internal customers ensuring superior customer service standards throughout all interactions; evaluates data quality  - Execute more complex research requests and data analysis requiring greater knowledge of relevant industry, topics and source/database expertise  - Develops deep expertise in specialized research tools, databases and sources  - Takes pro-active role in quality control process for the client and coaches and mentors more junior staff  - Coordinate with the client and EVS client executive  - Demonstrate domain knowledge and thought leadership while dealing with the client team  - Supporting both tactical and strategic analytics requirements of Life sciences domain   - Program, format, extract and manipulate data to support analysis.   - Rigorously checks, validates and analyzes inputs and outputs to ensure quality, precision and accuracy or results.  - Use strong quantitative and analytic abilities to integrate and analyze prescription data for pharmaceutical industry.  - Either of SAS/SPSS preferred, Excel/ VBA also required  Skill sets Required  - Excellent written and verbal communication skills.  - Strong interpersonal skills   - Strong people management skills  - Mindset to identify and solve issues effectively   - Independent thinking and challenging current thinking by implementing new ways of working   - Ability to identify pro-active ways to contribute to the firm's goals & mission   - Advance knowledge of MS Office   - Experience in creation of excel and advance excel/VBA based dashboards  - Experience in development of tools for conducting statistical analysis  - Ability to identify pro-active ways to contribute to the firm's goals & mission   - Knowledge on most tools like excel/ Vba, SQL, SPSS, SAS, MS Access, Tableau, QlikView and Spotfire will be required  Education & Experience:  - Graduate or Post-grad in one of the following quantitative/analytical fields with strong academic credentials:  - Operations Research, Applied Mathematics   - Engineering   - Economics  - Business Administration/Finance  - 5-8 years of experience in Advanced Research in Data and Business Analysis for Pharma & Healthcare sector.  - Knowhow of Sales, Prescription and Promotional databases such as IMS MIDAS, Darwin, Encuity Research, Cegedim would be useful.
