This approach enables us to design and manage processes that can generate and harness insights on a large scale, significantly cutting costs and timescales and helping businesses that partner with us to overtake the competition.   We work with clients across a wide range of industries and business functions, helping them to make better decisions faster; reach new levels of efficiency and effectiveness; and see a tangible impact on their top and bottom line.   Position description/Department : Investment Research (Equity Research)   Nature of Job : Permanent   Location : Gurgaon   Job Title : Business Analyst / Sr. Business Analyst   Job description :   - Gather financial data from on-line and other data sources such as Bloomberg and Reuters.  - Coordinate and maintain databases   - Build historical models and develop forecasts  - Develop company's operating metrics in conjunction with their relevance in different sectors / companies   - Conduct extensive company valuations using approaches such as DCF, DDM, trading and transaction multiples, and EVA  - Write extensive reports including company profiles, earning notes, quarterly updates, initiating coverage reports, sector reports, newsletters technology primers, flash notes, and theme-based reports  - Listen to and summarize investment conference calls and conduct management interviews   - Develop road-show presentations   - Manage ad hoc research requests according to clients- requirements  Skill Set Required :   - 1- 4 years equity research experience in conducting sell side banking sector research; experience in monitoring MENA region would be an added advantage  - Strong command over market / equity research domain  - Well versed with building full dynamic models with forecasting and valuation (DCF, multiple valuations, SOTP, DDM, etc.)  - Ability to update models quickly during earnings, and conduct associated tasks  - Decent financial writing skills (beyond factual reporting such as company descriptions)  - Knowledge of VBA, MS Excel macros would be an added advantage  - Must have sell side equity research experience  Education :   - Must be a MBA (Finance) from a reputed University or Institute / or a CA; CFA(US) would be an added advantage.
