This approach enables us to design and manage processes that can generate and harness insights on a large scale, significantly cutting costs and timescales and helping businesses that partner with us to overtake the competition.   We work with clients across a wide range of industries and business functions, helping them to make better decisions faster; reach new levels of efficiency and effectiveness; and see a tangible impact on their top and bottom line.   Position description/Department : Investment Research (Equity Research)   Nature of Job : Permanent   Location : Mumbai (Goregoan)   Job description :   - Collect and analyze financial data using online and other data sources such as Bloomberg and Reuters   - Build historical financial models and provide forecasts   - Develop company operating metrics based on relevance in Banking sector / companies   - Conduct extensive company valuation using Discounted Cash Flow (DFM), DDM (Dividend Discount Model), trading and transaction multiples, EVA, etc.   - Write extensive reports (e.g., company profiles, earning notes, quarterly updates, initiating coverage reports, sector reports, newsletters technology primers, Flash notes, and theme-based reports)   - Summarize investment conference calls and conduct management interviews   - Develop roadshow presentations   - Manage ad hoc research requests based on client requirements   Skill Set Required :   - Strong accounting and financial skills   - Good analytical skills   - Basic knowledge of macroeconomic aggregates and regression analysis   - Ability to ensure timely completion of tasks   - Good listening skills   - Ability to implement new working styles   - Ability to identify proactive ways to contribute to the company's goals and mission   - Knowledge of databases (such as Bloomberg and Reuters) and other financial data systems   - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills   - Proficiency in MS Office   Education and Experience :   - Must be a CA / MBA / PGDM (Finance) ; CFA(US) would be an added advantage   - 1-5 years of Banking Equity Research experience
