This approach enables us to design and manage processes that can generate and harness insights on a large scale, significantly cutting costs and timescales and helping businesses that partner with us to overtake the competition.  Position at a Glance :  - This position is within the existing Customer Insights & Data Analytics team at Evalueserve, Chile.   - This team is focused on supporting the international needs of the bank's customers in Commercial, Corporate, ABL, and other segments of Wholesale Banking.   - The team is responsible for providing reports, analyses, and all things data to help promote the Wholesale cross-sell culture and facilitate data-driven decision making.   The analyst will support various reporting projects associated with bank's activities in global markets :  - Support the creation and usage of scheduled production reports provided to Global Banking and Global Banking partners such as Corporate and Commercial Banking  - Solicit, manage, and facilitate new requirements into existing reporting suites  - Develop content for reports provided to an executive audience  - Address inquiries from report users, including researching data via SQL queries  - Manage relationships with current report users  - Create prototype reports  - Perform ad-hoc analyses and ad-hoc data requests  - Manage work queues and help organize the team for maximum efficiency  Required Qualifications :   - 6+ years reporting and analytical experience or a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Applied Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Physics, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Computer Sciences, or a related field, with 4+ years of directly applicable work experience.  - Excellent English communication skills  - Advanced SQL programming skills (MS Server 08/10 environment)  - Proficiency in MS Access, Excel, SharePoint, and PowerPoint   - Excellent data interpretation (business insights, trends, etc.) and presentation skills that incorporate elements of Infographics   - Ability to communicate complex data concepts to non-data-oriented audiences  - A high-energy, self-directed, proactive self-starter with a can-do attitude who excels in an environment with limited supervision   - Experience working in virtual environment, e.g., conference calls and webinars   - Ability to take ownership of a project, work in a fast-paced environment, and adjust to rapidly changing work and priorities  Preferred Qualifications :  - Familiarity with CRM (Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics)  - Familiarity with Finance and/or General Ledger Reporting
