Euromonitor International - Research Analyst (1-5 yrs)

The Research Analyst will directly research and commission projects to analysts based across multiple regions in India. You will build expertise in a vast range of FMCG industries through conducting trade interviews with stakeholders, undertaking desk research and engaging in data analysis and market reporting. You will assess the performance of large and small competitors to identify geographic, regional, corporate and product opportunities. You will also lead and guide India's regional analysts in producing our regional and city coverage, ensuring its credibility and coherence at international level. You will work with our publication schedules and ensure that projects are completed in a timely manner and to our exacting high quality standards. Full training will be provided.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

To succeed as a Research Analyst, you are an individual who boasts the following:

A degree in business, marketing, economics, political science, statistics or other related field

A proven track record in primary and secondary research

Superb numeracy and analytical skills

Good knowledge of India's macro and socio-economic trends

Strong interest in FMCG industries ranging from food & beverages, beauty and personal care, health care, to retail, finance, travel and foodservice.

Computer literacy, with good experience of Excel and Word

Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and prioritise effectively

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Excellent communications skills

Creativity and curiosity

A good team player

Fluent oral and written English

Tenacity and attention to detail

Salary offered: 6 - 8 LPA
