Job Description for : Business Development Manager

Education and Experience Required:

Typically a technical Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 6 years related experience.

Job Location: Hyderabad/Bangalore

Job Requirement:

- Should have at-least 3 years of experience in handling Business Relationship Manager/Account Manager role for a US captive

- Should possess solid understanding on program vendor-ship/staffing industry

- Solid account farming skills and manage direct contacts to buyers (Technology Managers/Directors)

- Capability to build excellent customer relationships at the C-level in the client organization. Understand the issues and challenges faced by the client executives and provide high level IT consulting to them, so they can see the value

- Responsible for client acquisitions for respective domain, as well should be able to achieve the target independently

- Shall define and implement strategies that will help Euclid move up the value chain and become a strategic solution provider to customers.

Other Skills:

- Direct interaction with the technical panel & HR panel regarding requirement details, profile short listing, interview status, interview follow-up.

- Well aware of Recruitment life cycle and staffing

- Strong communication skills both verbal and written.

- Good listening skills.

- Good presentation skills must be independent and a self-starter and have high risk taking capabilities.

- Ensure continuous client satisfaction related to quality control checks and compliance requirements
