Job Title : ETS Capability Partner
Job Location : Bangalore, India
Department : Enterprise and Technology Solutions
Reports To : Capability Director
Core Accountabilities :
- Partner with HRDs, HRBPs and Line Leaders to land available curriculum
- Partner with line leaders to prioritize the right learning or non-learning solution to a talent challenge
- Proactively manage line leaders- by seeking out how to better understand their needs
- Liaison with HRDs, HRBPs and expertise team to understand the wider business issues
- Build advisory partnerships with HRDs, HRBPs and line leaders
- Use data-based evidence to influence and shape line leaders' perceptions about employees' learning needs and appropriate learning interventions
- Source free and freely-available external content, quality checking and integrating into ETS Academy curriculum model.
- Liaison with learning expertise to add and maintain content on ETS Skills Framework and LMS Select
- Identify and close gaps & issues with the current ETS capability framework
- Briefing and working with external partners / suppliers to deliver learning solutions.
- External research and benchmarking to identify external best practice in learning
- Contribute to the development, planning, design and testing of innovative solutions to learning.
- Support subject matter experts to ensure learning content and design meets the business need.
- Identify the best L&D or non-L&D solution to a business challenge
- Focus on learning interventions that positively impact the performance of the business unit
- Prioritize communicating the most important L&D information to inform decision-making
- Customize communications of L&D information to align with the interests and needs of relevant stakeholders
- Ensure that the line has a clear understanding of what is expected of them across the learning process and what L&D will deliver
- Share ownership and development of new types of learning with HR business partners and the line
- Drive innovation by complimenting L&D ideas with ideas brought forward by the line customer
- Focus on successful delivery of the L&D activities but also contribute to broader initiatives, and activities owned by their peers
- Identify the social learning technology solutions that have the greatest potential for impacting the business
Essentials :
- Demonstrated project/process management ability
- Thrives in a fast paced, results-oriented environment requiring a high degree of flexibility
- Able to inspire and leads self & others to achieve challenging results.
- Strong organizational & prioritization skills.
- Experience of leading on change and engagement initiatives from a L&D perspective
- Strong team player and service ethic when interacting with internal and external stakeholders
- Fluency with MS Office product suite and generally technically capable
- Can do attitude, adaptable and creative about problem solving with strong business partnering / stakeholder management skills
- Effective communication and listening skills
Desirable :
- Experience of working with teams in different geographies; multiple culture understanding
- Experience in supporting the design, development and execution of learning resources
- Experience of using Taleo and LMS
- Understanding of latest thinking and external best practice for effective capability building
- Understands the blended learning approach 70/20/10
- Confident Public Speaker
