Job Description :

- Responsible for Presales of the ETP V5 (Retail Software Solution) & Lawson M3 ERP solution from lead to sales closure stage

- Leading the pre-sales process from a functional and solution perspective.

- Gather business requirements from prospects, respond to RFI and RFP

- Prepare solution design / architecture and solution proposal

- Present proof of concept, product presentation / demo covering prospect / customer requirements

- Client facing skills – communication (both written and verbal) should be outstanding

- Work with Services organization to draw up the initial project costing for implementation, Customization and roll out services, formulating scope, schedule and other contractual requirements

- Capable of presenting and communicating business benefits from the software to senior members of customer companies.

- Will carry a sales quota and meet bottom line targets

- Prepare sales collaterals, case studies, white papers

- Travels may be in excess of 50% of time.

Essentials :

- Excellent communication and presentation skills (both verbal and written)

- Total Experience: 15+ Years

- 10+ years of Retail Domain Experience / Functional ERP Experience

- Should have worked in retail / distribution company or should have worked with leading retail companies on projects such as Software Package selection and Implementation (Merchandising Systems, POS etc), or worked with business users (Operations, Merchandisers, Retail Store users) and created Job instructions/ functional requirements

- Should have a strong understanding of Retail business practices, processes and improvement areas. (Preferably International Retail business exposure)

- Experience in Solution Architect (Presales Consulting) preferred

- Exposure to BI and analytics is preferred

- Proven ability to listen to prospects and design solutions that can deliver business benefits

- Should have exposure or part of on enterprise software implementation project

- Should be well read on current affairs

- Excellent Personality

- Ability to interact with senior management team of customers.
