KEY OBJECTIVE :

- Project Manager is responsible for the development of advanced and high quality deliverables, on-time and within budget, and for contributions to client and bid development efforts.

- In execution of these responsibilities, Project Manager should demonstrate superior skills including but not limited to the following areas: understanding and applying knowledge about technology trends, understanding and leveraging expert knowledge about relevant ETP and 3rd party technology, designing and developing superior technical approaches and solutions which satisfy clients’ business needs, and creation and implementation of innovative and useful tools to be used by ETP Consulting.

- Project Managers should also display solid ability to delegate, supervise, and develop junior consultants.

- Project Managers should also demonstrate and utilize expert understanding of appropriate components of ETP Methods, especially those related to application consulting and its supporting techniques (e.g. data and function modelling, process based ).

- Project Managers should already possess an area of specialty within a business area, sub-industry, or technology.

- In addition, Project Managers are expected to build and maintain positive relationships with clients to whom they are assigned.

- Project Managers are also expected to build new client relationships and to translate those relationships into long-term benefits for ETP Consulting.

- Creating project plan, gathering requirement and coordinating with other team lead to map business process in the given project timeline.

- Providing training to end users, Mapping Business Requirements and GAP Analysis.

- Developing functional and technical specifications.

- Responsible for delivery of project on time and within the budget and also responsible for resource management.

- To prepare the detailed process flow for functional requirements.

- Coaching and guidelines to the team members for meeting project deadline.

- To understand the corporate requirement and explained the user and team member for the same.

- To Monitor and evaluate the project progress.

Work experience :

- Qualification: B.E / MBA

- Having PMP is an added advantage

- 8+ years functional experience

- At least one full life cycle ERP / SCM implementation experience

- Excellent communication and presentation skills

- Domain Preference: Retail / Sales / ERP / Distribution / Retail Software.
